Co-founder of Belarusian Christian Democracy, Pavel Sevyarynets, was released from the penal colony on December 13 along with 122 other political prisoners and, like most of them, was transported to the territory of Ukraine. He had been imprisoned for 5 and a half years, as he was arrested on June 7, 2020.
