With columns, stucco, and a stage. A former Palace of Culture is for sale in Minsk
A former House of Culture has been put up for auction in Minsk. It is located on Manevich Street. The building was constructed in 1952 and has preserved features of a bygone era: columns, a pediment, stucco, and high ceilings. The announcement was noticed by Onliner.

The total area of the object is 1187 sq. m. The two-story building is brick, with a reinforced concrete foundation and wooden ceilings. Along with it, the winner of the auction receives a plot of 12 ares, but not for ownership, but for rent until 2043.
The layout is completely "club-style": a spacious foyer, several offices, a concert hall with a stage, and a separate projectionist's room.

There is a dining hall, kitchen, and storage rooms – the format allows for banquets, events, or completely redeveloping the space into something new.
Inside the object, some of the finishing has been preserved. The walls are painted, the flooring has been updated, and in places, there is still stucco and moldings. However, some of the rooms clearly require renovation.
The initial price of the palace is 1,630,200 rubles.
