Caviar, eel, and Norwegian salmon. Flagship seafood store opens in Minsk PHOTOS
The "Chatver" (Thursday) chain has opened a flagship store in the capital's Malinovka district. Displays are dedicated to chilled Norwegian salmon, roasted eel, various types of caviar, scallops, and blue mussels. From its own production, they offer fish dumplings, meatballs, and borscht with a huge piece of salmon, writes Onliner.

The fish market occupied part of the area in Green Shopping Center (formerly "Vitalyur") near Malinovka metro station.
The main display is brimming with red and black caviar, including select caviar from 20-year-old sturgeons. Next to it are various red fish — both salted and smoked.

Adjacent to it is a display with chilled fish — sea bass, dorado, and trout flown in from Norway. Here also is a local exclusive — Dutch "Matjes" herring. The masters of "Chatver" clean, debone, and salt it themselves.
On the side, refrigerators are lined up with frozen fish and seafood. Here you can find large shrimp, squid, octopus, scallops in shells, blue and black mussels. There are also carpaccio slices, roasted eel, medallions, and tuna steaks.
A separate section is dedicated to fish semi-finished products: dumplings, sticks, trout meatballs, fishballs, and marinated mussels. Among the soups are Tom Kha, Tom Yum with seafood, and borscht with a huge piece of trout. Among the unusual items is pollock fillet under cheese.

Prices are as follows: chilled Norwegian salmon — 49.9 rubles per kg, Dutch "Matjes" herring — 41.9, blue mussels — 26, squid — 25, scallops — 35. A can of pink salmon caviar will cost 48.5 rubles for 100 g. Soups with portions for two start from 19.8 rubles, pollock sticks — 12.9, and fishballs — 14.49.
Fishmongers work in the store. You can ask them to clean and debone fish for free. Salmon can be cut into fillets or steaks right there.
