Preferences for micro-enterprises extended to organizations with up to 50 employees
Alexander Lukashenka signed the law «On amendments to laws regarding individual entrepreneurial activity», which introduces amendments to 26 laws, including three codes.

According to Lukashenka's press service, the document clarifies to whom certain legal norms are addressed: all citizens, only persons not engaged in entrepreneurship, or exclusively citizen-entrepreneurs.
Also, the mention of individual entrepreneurs is excluded from a number of norms regulating types of activity outside the established list.
In addition, preferences that were previously provided exclusively for micro-enterprises will now also apply to organizations with up to 50 employees.
The law also included additional changes not directly related to the reform of entrepreneurial activity, to ensure the systematic nature and comprehensiveness of legal regulation.
