A luxurious four-room apartment above "Centralny" is for sale. How much are they asking?
The apartment with a large corner balcony is located at Independence Avenue, 23. This building houses the legendary "Centralny" supermarket and the entrance to the "Kastrychnitskaya" metro station.

The total area of the four-room apartment is almost 140 square meters. The smallest of the rooms has an area of 17 meters, and the largest — 30.
The apartment has a spacious hall-corridor with a total area of 20 square meters, two bathrooms, and a traditionally small kitchen of 8.1 meters.

Ceiling height is 3.1 meters. But perhaps the main uniqueness of this apartment is that it is on the fourth floor, which is the only one in the building with balconies. The fact that the apartment is a corner unit adds special value, as the balcony is large and overlooks Independence Avenue and Lenin Street.

All windows overlook the roadway.
As for renovations, if desired, you can move into this apartment immediately, but for comfortable living, it clearly needs to be updated.

The parquet floor is not in the best condition, and the walls look quite shabby in places.
According to the description, the last renovation here was done in 2015, during a major overhaul of the building. At that time, old radiators were replaced with modern aluminum ones. But conceptually, the decor looks like something from the late 1990s — early 2000s, as the doorway leading to the kitchen has an arch, popular during those times.

The large bathroom has a corner bathtub, washbasin, toilet, and bidet. The tiles on the walls and floor are, again, like a greeting from the 1990s.

Despite the fact that the dwelling requires investment, the price seems not too high for such a property. For a spacious "stalinka" in the very center of the capital, they are asking 360 thousand dollars.

This is about 2600 dollars per square meter, which is higher than the average cost per meter in Minsk, which recently crossed the 2000 dollar mark, but this apartment is also far from being an ordinary dwelling in a residential area of the capital.
