«Changing the date in the calendar does not stop the war for a minute». How did the Kastuś Kalinoŭski Regiment fighters celebrate and what did they eat on New Year's?
The fighters of the Kastuś Kalinoŭski Regiment celebrated the new year, 2026, on combat positions, but they also had a festive table. What did the Belarusian defenders of Ukraine eat on New Year's Eve?

The fighters shared the contents of their festive table on the Regiment's Telegram channel. It featured classics loved by many Belarusians — herring under a fur coat (shuba), Olivier salad, sprats sandwiches, lavash and crab stick rolls, and fried chicken. There was even aspic. Of course, potatoes were also present.
«Changing the date in the calendar does not stop the war for a minute. It won't be easy for anyone, and the fighters of the Kastuś Kalinoŭski Regiment are no exception. But where others give up, we recharge. Because the enemy must pay for everything. The fight will continue in the New Year. Long live Belarus. Glory to Ukraine», — with these words, the fighters accompanied their New Year's address.
