Son of "Sputnik" Author Recognized as Participant in Extremist Formation
On December 17, 2025, the KGB recognized the "Da Zorau" (To the Stars) initiative as an extremist formation, which allegedly includes musician Ales Chumakou and 20-year-old Minsk resident Siamion Malashenkau.

Siamion Malashenkau is the son of journalist Vasil Malashenkau, writes "Christian Vision".
Siamion, like his father, is passionate about cycling culture. He covered cycling events in Minsk with photo reports. In the photo — from 2020.
Presumably, if he is in Belarus, he has also been arrested.

In 2023, the journalist visited occupied Donetsk region, he was in Mariupol. He runs the Telegram channel "Minsk Observer", where he often expresses criticism of democratic forces, sometimes allowing quite offensive remarks against their representatives.
