Five-year-old child hit by car in Vitebsk

Around 6:00 PM on May 7, on Lazo Street, near house No. 7, the driver of a Nissan car (born 1987) hit a 5-year-old child, reports the Traffic Police Department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.

According to reports, the child suddenly ran onto the roadway from behind a parked car, and the driver did not have time to react.

The child sustained injuries and was taken to a medical facility for assistance.

An investigation is currently underway regarding the incident.
