It is reported that the 74-year-old artist felt unwell on April 30 in Portugal, where she lives part-time. She began to experience severe abdominal pain, after which the singer was hospitalized in a hospital in Faro and underwent surgery.
Earlier, Tyler's manager said that the operation was successful, but doctors are currently not giving any prognoses regarding her condition. It is also unknown what will happen with the concerts scheduled for May and June in various European countries.
Earlier in 2025, the singer already underwent knee surgery, which forced her to partially change her touring schedule. At that time, she said that she continues to perform and maintains her fitness with home pilates sessions.
