Currently, the BTI database for December contains 1275 deals in the capital, but their number will still increase as they are uploaded to the database, so it can be said that ultimately there will be about 1330-1350 deals in the capital, Wikidom reports.
For comparison, there were 1235 deals in November, while in December last year there were 1509.
The average cost per square meter in Minsk was $1876 (plus $17 per month).
By segments, the situation is as follows:
- an apartment on the secondary market cost $1864 per square meter (+$19);
- ready new builds cost $2011 per square meter (+$2).
As for the share of expensive apartments, priced over $100,000, their number slightly decreased and amounted to 34% of the total number of all sales (this is 431 apartments).
Despite a small decrease in the share of expensive apartments, their number remains at record high levels. The share of apartments priced above $200,000 is 4% (45 deals).
At the end of the month, the following prices per square meter for different apartments were established:
- one-room — $2,029 (+$12);
- two-room — $1,808 (+$12);
- three-room — $1,660 (-$4);
- four-room — $1,667 (+$97).
