Three cars collided on the Minsk Ring Road

The accident occurred due to a failure to maintain a safe distance, reports the Minsk traffic police.

On the afternoon of January 19, a 22-year-old driver of a GAZelle truck, moving along the inner ring of the Minsk Ring Road near the 8th kilometer, collided with a Volkswagen car traveling in the same direction due to failure to maintain a proper distance. From the impact, the Volkswagen was thrown into a Mercedes truck that was parked on the roadside.

The 43-year-old Volkswagen driver was taken to a medical facility for examination.

Traffic on this section of the road has been restored at this moment.
