For more than half a year, production has been operating in experimental mode. Soon, the premises will significantly expand.

In Maladziečna, preparations are underway for the launch of an unusual production facility — for the first time, they have mastered the production of aquafaba here. This is an innovative powder from chickpeas — a plant-based alternative to eggs, from which you can make marshmallows, meringue, mayonnaise, STB reports.
The experimental workshop has been operating for half a year. They also produce a wide range of canned goods here: from legumes in tomato sauce to green beans and spreads. Currently, production volumes are about 20 thousand units per month. The products are sold both in Belarus and in Russia and Kazakhstan.
Very soon, the enterprise will expand its premises and open the main production workshop.
— The most advanced equipment was purchased, which will allow us to produce excellent products for the residents of our country, as well as neighboring countries. With the launch of the second stage, product volumes will increase 20-fold and 53 new jobs will be created. There are still many plans; we are not stopping at what has been achieved. And I think we will be able to surprise even more closer to the end of the year, — promises Vitali Kulik, Deputy Director for Development of the legume processing enterprise.
