On March 2, in the afternoon, rescue services received a report about the possible danger of collapse of an overpass above the railway tracks on Karla Marksa Street in Babruisk.

When Ministry of Emergency Situations employees arrived at the scene, they saw that the pedestrian walkway along the overpass had indeed tilted.
The dangerous area was immediately cordoned off, and vehicle traffic was redirected to other streets.
An on-site meeting of the city commission for emergency situations also took place at the scene.
