Five "glossy" skyscrapers have been erected in a gigantic quarter in the south of the capital. Construction started back in 2021.

The glazing area of all five towers is about 50,000 sq. m, which is 60 percent of the work. According to Dana Astra director Petar Petrov, today 400 people are simultaneously performing work both inside and outside the buildings, Minsk-news writes.
— Earlier we had difficulties with the supply of facade modules. Now the situation is improving, — Petrov assured. — We are fully provided with financing and materials. Next week we plan to start installing the facade, and by the end of summer we intend to completely finish the glazing process.
According to the investor, the height of the 42-story central tower of the International Financial Center, where the main bulk of headquarters of foreign and domestic businesses will be concentrated, together with the underground part, is 210 m.
Exclusive features of the central tower will also include a restaurant and an enclosed observation deck on the roof. On the "unaccounted for" 43rd floor — a helipad. 13 elevators will help visitors overcome such a height.
It is already known that a SPA-center will be opened in the main skyscraper. Negotiations are underway with one of the famous chains.

Business apartments with a total area of about 28,000 sq. m will be located in two 26-story and two 14-story towers. Each skyscraper will be put into operation as it becomes ready.
Given the significance of the object, Eduard Tomilchik, at an on-site meeting, paid special attention to the culture of construction and the deadlines for completing the work.
— When the glazing work on all five towers is completed, the object will "play" and delight Minsk residents and guests of the capital with its appearance, — he noted.
Underground, all five towers will be united by a parking lot for 584 cars.
