The Code of Civil Procedure of the Republic of Belarus has been translated into Belarusian. The translated text is already available on the National Legal Internet Portal.

This code is the sole codified procedural document regulating the procedure for considering civil and economic cases in courts of general jurisdiction. It replaced the previous Civil Procedure Code and Economic Procedure Code.
The translation was approved by an expert council, which includes representatives of state bodies and organizations in the fields of jurisprudence, lawmaking, scientific activity, and linguistics.
Since the start of the expert council's work, 20 legislative acts have already been translated into Belarusian. Among them are the Code on Marriage and Family, the Electoral Code, the Civil, Housing, Labor, Water, Forest Codes, the Code on Land, on Mineral Resources, the Merchant Shipping Code, the Code on the Judicial System and the Status of Judges, the Civil Procedure Code, the Code on Administrative Offenses, the Procedural-Executive Code on Administrative Offenses, and the Criminal and Penal Enforcement Codes.
