When advertising the catering establishment «Rebryk i Dranik» and the dish prepared there on Facebook, travel blogger Artsiom Ryndevich compared this place to the restaurant «Vasilki» and made negative statements about the latter. Such advertising is considered unfair and prohibited.
Furthermore, it was established that this blogger is not included in the register of advertising distributors and therefore generally has no right to provide services for placing and distributing advertising on the Internet, including on social networks. He was sent an order to eliminate the violations.
As of March 5, 2026, more than 10,000 advertising distributors are included in the register. A fine is provided for advertising without inclusion in the register: for individuals — from 5 to 10 basic units, for individual entrepreneurs — from 10 to 25, for legal entities — from 20 to 50 basic units.
