Lukashenka today appointed Mikhail Orda as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Mongolia.

Mikhail Orda was born in 1966 in Dyatlovo. He graduated from the Vitebsk Veterinary Institute with a degree in veterinary medicine, and the Russian Academy of Public Administration with a degree in "state and municipal administration".
In the 1990s, he was deputy director of the Vitebsk Regional Voluntary Youth Work Service, headed the Republican Association of International Youth Exchanges and Tourism, and was the second secretary of the Central Committee of BPSM (before its reorganization into BRSM). From 2003 to 2006, he headed the BRSM. From 2014 to 2024, he led the official Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus, and in the 2015 and 2020 elections, he headed the initiative group of Alexander Lukashenka.
In 2024, he became a deputy of the House of Representatives.
