Meeting with Ales Bialiatski to be held at the University of Warsaw
Studium Europy Wschodniej, "Viasna" and the Belarusian PEN invite you to a public meeting with the founder and head of the "Viasna" human rights center, Nobel laureate Ales Bialiatski.

The meeting will take place on April 20 at 17:30 in the historical building of the University of Warsaw (Krakowskie Przedmieście 26/28, "Stary BUW", entrance through the main gate of the university).
This is a unique opportunity to meet a person who for decades has been at the epicenter of the struggle for truth, human rights, culture, and independence. For his human rights activities, Ales Bialiatski has spent a total of more than seven and a half years in detention. Participants of the meeting will be able to ask the human rights activist their questions.
It will also be possible to purchase Ales Bialiatski's book and get an autograph.
Participation in the event requires prior registration, and to enter the meeting, you must have a photo ID. The number of seats is limited.
Entrance to the hall will be open from 17:00.
