In September 2022, "Pul pervogo" announced the launch of bombers under the Lepshy brand. The company "Lepshy Brand" took over the sale of Lukashenka's new merchandise. At that time, it was reported that 80% of this company belonged to Dzmitry Baskau and 20% were registered to a certain Maryna Anfilava.
In September 2023, Dzmitry Baskau registered a new legal entity — "Lepshy Khleb" (Lepshy Bread), which specializes in the production of bakery and confectionery products.
As of today, the company's balance sheet includes a preparatory shop and a "Lepshy Khleb" cafe in the First National Shopping Center on Independence Avenue, 134, and two bakeries in the capital's shopping centers "Skala" (Piatra Hlebki, 5) and "Chervenski" (Mayakouskaha, 6).
60% of "Lepshy Khleb" belongs to Dzmitry Baskau. The remaining 40% are equally divided between two Belarusians: Artsiom Vasilyeu and Pavel Turba. The latter, according to "Cyberpartisans," worked for the Belarusian Ice Hockey Federation and as a chef for the Dinamo Minsk hockey club.
The second company — "Lepshy Ekipirovachny Tsentr" (Lepshy Equipment Center) — appeared at the end of May 2025. Its profile is retail trade in sports equipment and inventory.
On October 16, the grand opening of the flagship Lepshy hockey store took place — the largest center for selling hockey gear and equipment in Belarus. The retail outlet is located in the "Olympic Arena," which is subordinate to the National Olympic Committee.
"Lepshy Equipment Center" has three owners. 34% belongs to Artsiom Zavadski. According to "Cyberpartisans," Zavadski has extensive experience in trading sports goods. Today, he is also the founder and director of the company "Hockey Continent," which has its own online store for hockey uniforms and equipment.
The second owner of the Lepshy hockey store is Norbert Masalski, his share is 15%. Masalski is listed as the general director of the "Sport-lux" enterprise, which also sells hockey equipment.
At the end of July 2025, "Sport-lux" announced on its VKontakte community that their store had reorganized into Lepshy hockey and was moving to the "Olympic Arena." Norbert Masalski combines selling hockey equipment with working at the Belarusian Ice Hockey Federation.
The remaining shares of "Lepshy Equipment Center" — 51% — belong to Baskau himself.
He, by the way, was personally present at the store's opening and meticulously pretended to have no connection to it. State media introduced Baskau in captions as "Chairman of the Standing Commission of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus on Education, Science, Culture, and Social Development."
"I sincerely rejoice that here, at the magnificent 'Olympic Arena' facility, there is a special area where anyone, from a small boy to an adult, from an amateur to a professional KHL hockey player, can find everything they need," commented the pro-government TV channel STB on the sports functionary.
Baskau's joy from the opening of Lepshy hockey was also reinforced by financial indicators. In less than three months of the store's operation, "Lepshy Equipment Center" managed to generate almost 1.2 million rubles, or almost 350 thousand euros, in revenue. Net profit for 2025 amounted to 74 thousand rubles, or almost 21.5 thousand euros.
Such financial success for Baskau & Co was ensured, among other things, by the state, transferring taxpayers' money from the budget to the pocket of Lukashenka's family coach. "Buro" checked the tender purchases of "Lepshy Equipment Center" and found that in three incomplete months of 2025, Baskau's company managed to conclude contracts for the supply of hockey equipment to various sports organizations for almost 450 thousand Belarusian rubles, or 130 thousand euros. By early April 2026, this amount had already increased to 675 thousand rubles, or almost 200 thousand euros. A large part of the purchases was made through a single-source procurement procedure. This is considered a simpler and less competitive procedure for selecting a winner.
