During the appointment, the doctor worked without a nurse, which caused the patient reception to be delayed. This angered a 43-year-old man, Minsk-News reports.
He looked into the office and began to express his indignation. In response, the dentist explained the situation and offered him to sit in the chair. But instead, the patient started to insult the doctor. Then the doctor took out his phone to record his aggressive behavior.
This angered the man even more, and he attacked the dentist: he knocked the phone out of his hands, started hitting him on the head and body, grabbing his clothes, and twisting his arm.
Colleagues came to the doctor's aid, taking the enraged patient to another office and providing him with the necessary dental care.
A criminal case was opened against the assailant. It is known that he had no prior criminal record, has a higher education, and works as a warehouse manager.
The result is three years of restricted freedom (a form of correctional labor). He must also pay the victim 8,000 rubles in compensation for moral damages.
