Banks will transfer data on individuals' overseas transfers to tax authorities
Belarus has changed the procedure for providing information on individuals' income. The corresponding resolution of the Council of Ministers was signed by Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin, according to the government's press service, writes smartpress.by.

The document, in particular, establishes a new obligation for banks: they will quarterly transfer data on monetary funds that individuals transfer abroad.
Currently, banks already transfer some data on individuals' transactions to tax authorities — for example, on receipts from abroad and on accounts with large incoming turnovers.
The resolution also defines the deadlines for organizations undergoing liquidation proceedings to submit data on individuals' income.
Another change concerns tax agents. For them, a phased transition from annual to quarterly submission of data on individuals' income is envisioned. This procedure will begin to apply from 2027.
