The Russian city of Yaroslavl came under drone attacks on the night of August 6. The target of the attack was an oil refinery that supplies fuel to Central Russia, including Moscow.
Russian authorities announced that Yaroslavl and the region "are under hostile attack by Ukrainian UAVs." In connection with this, traffic was blocked in the city at the exit from Yaroslavl towards Moscow.
Fires broke out at the oil refinery, they flared up strongly in the morning, and a huge column of black smoke hangs over the surroundings.
