A Poleshuk doubted the authenticity of his father's signature on the will
What did the expert examination decide?

A resident of Drohiczyn contacted the competent authorities with a statement regarding the legality and accuracy of his father's will, who passed away this year in the Ivanava district.
According to the legal document, his father bequeathed all his property to his daughter. This fact raised doubts in the applicant, who claimed that his father's signature on the will might have been forged by interested parties.
However, experts from the Pinsk department of the State Committee of Forensic Examinations proved that the signature is authentic.
The handwriting peculiarities found were explained by the experts as natural age-related changes, which put an end to the dispute between the relatives.
