Ulad Prastora Rubanau released a new work — it's about the living essence that exists in each and every one of us, about the light of love and freedom from judgment in a chaotic world of intellect worship.
«The Living» begins with the metal sound of the track «Kali-yuga» (a synonym for an era of decline). In it, the musician allows himself aggression and criticizes the capitalist world order, in which numbers — the number of views and money — have become more important than people, according to the press release.
«Can this paper warm you? Perhaps only by burning», — Prastora reflects and calls on listeners to cooperation instead of competition. Because solidarity is what can support us not only in moments of crisis, but also in everyday life.
The remaining six songs are a path from inner darkness to light. The music invites to a joint meditation. The track «Children» will remind you: «Your path does not require additional editing», it's enough to simply believe in what you love. Initially this may not be easy, but if there is a strong inner intention, fears and obstacles recede into the background. The main thing is to be sincere, because «music without love is a set of sounds», the artist sings in the composition «Lotus».
«The Living» is a humanistic album. The central place in the release is occupied by the track «Human». In it, the musician embraces his human nature and grants himself the right to make mistakes, realizing that experience has no sign, and all «good and bad» are constructed by the mind. The philosophical «Island of Safety», the aesthetic «Wonderful», and the fantasy «Tavern Man» are another declaration of love for people, creativity, the universe, and the beauty that surrounds us.
Prastora's new album helps to restore the feeling of play, to stop being overly serious, to allow oneself complex emotions, and to realize oneself as a human being, not just an idea. Because ultimately, this is the living essence within us that we, unfortunately, sometimes forget, states the press release.
