Rains undermined the Orzeszkowa monument in Hrodna, but it was timely saved
The monument to Eliza Orzeszkowa at the corner of Orzeszkowa and Telegrafnaya streets is the oldest in the city. However, as a result of the downpour that occurred on August 1, the monument's pedestal was severely undermined. Individual slabs shifted, and the structure itself even tilted slightly. This was noticed by Hrodna blogger Tatsiana, who contacted the 115 service, writes the Telegram channel Urban Hrodna.

Hrodna's housing and communal services promised to repair the monument and kept their word.

On August 12, Hrodna's monument to Eliza Orzeszkowa was repaired.

An old stone building near the town hall in Mogilev was being prepared for the city museum. Now it's being turned into an office for the Russian embassy, headed by a former 'LPR' minister
