In Bryansk Oblast, a traveler wearing camouflage and walking to Brazil died from a drone strike
The traveler nicknamed Sasha Kon (Sasha Horse) was walking from Ryazan Oblast to Latin America. It's hard to say based on what considerations he planned his route, but for some reason he approached the very border with Ukraine.

On May 13, authorities of Bryansk Oblast reported a drone attack on the village of Staraya Pogoshch in the border Suzemka district with Ukraine, as a result of which a native of Stavropol Krai died. The name was not disclosed then.
Later, information appeared that the deceased might be Sasha Kon, although no documents were found on him.

The 37-year-old traveler became known after he set off on foot from Ryazan Oblast to Brazil in early April. He was dressed in camouflage clothing, pulling a homemade cart weighing about 300 kilograms, and reportedly covered 15 to 30 kilometers per day.

Sasha Kon was spotted in Bryansk Oblast as early as May 5. According to the man, he went to Latin America "in search of himself" because he decided to leave "chronic hustle and bustle". Now he has left it forever.
The village of Staraya Pogoshch is located 5.5 km directly from the Ukrainian border and is regularly subjected to attacks by the AFU (Armed Forces of Ukraine).
