Another Linehouse to be Built in a Trendy Residential Complex Near Minsk. What's the Catch?
Another linehouse is starting to be built in "Green Harbour" — a residential building with two-story apartments with separate entrances, large private plots, and carports. The house will be in the prestigious "Golf Quarter", according to Onliner.

Linehouse №14.9 will be built using monolithic technology with expanded clay concrete blocks filling the wall spaces.
The house will have two floors and only four apartments. Each is 144.21 square meters. The plots belonging to the apartments are approximately comparable in area — from 150 to 164 square meters.
Among the architectural novelties, the project boasts a double-height living room (second light). This solution will be applied in all four apartments and will be the key feature of the house. Thanks to the high ceiling, the kitchen-living room space will appear spacious and bright. The ceiling height on the first floor will be up to 2.8 meters, and on the second floor – up to 3.1.
On the first floor, a panoramic floor-to-ceiling window is provided with access to a private plot. Inside, there will be a kitchen-living room, an entrance hall with a wardrobe or laundry room, a bathroom, and a mini-boiler room with an individual gas boiler. On the second floor, there will be a master bedroom with a dressing room and a bathroom, and two more living rooms.

"Outside, there will be a carport formed by a facade recess. This is what distinguishes linehouses from classic townhouses. Balconies are not provided in the project: the emphasis is placed on the private plot and the internal space of the house."
When creating the linehouse, the architects were inspired by the atmosphere of golf clubs. Therefore, noble milky, beige, grey, and terracotta shades will appear in the facade finish. The house will feature modern architecture with concise forms, a flat roof, and large windows," notes A-100 Development.

Sales have already started. The price per square meter is from $2360 at the current exchange rate. The entire apartment will cost $340,336, or almost a million rubles.
The linehouse is planned to be completed in the third quarter of 2027.
