A house in the style of 1950s American comics will appear in Novaya Baravaya
"A-100 Development" has started selling apartments in Novaya Baravaya in a house designed in the style of 1950s American comics. The building will become part of the ART-quarter and will combine elements of pop culture with modern comfortable housing, writes the publication "Nash portal".

The house will be located between Nebesnaya and Pilotnaya streets. In the future, an art boulevard, a theater square, and a thematic children's playground "Zhyvapis" (Painting) will appear nearby. Currently, a fitness club, a kindergarten, and a medical center are operating in the area, and later, cafes and grocery stores are planned to open.
The house will consist of four sections with heights of 6, 7, and 8 floors. A total of 150 Euro-format apartments are designed, with areas ranging from 27.82 to 104.13 square meters. Options range from small studios to spacious five-room apartments. On the ground floor, there will be nine apartments with private terraces.

Buyers of apartments in sections 2 and 3 are offered finished decoration in the "Copenhagen" style – with warm wooden textures and a calm atmosphere. For those who wish to furnish the interior themselves, the White Box option is available, with prepared surfaces and a finished bathroom.
You can also choose an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances. Bathrooms will be finished with porcelain stoneware, and walls can be decorated in neutral or brighter colors.
For owners of large apartments, there is an option to purchase parking spaces in underground and ground-level car parks. Parking lots for temporary vehicle storage will also be open.
The project authors want to continue the concept of the ART-quarter and make art a part of daily life – from facades and entrances to the courtyard and common areas. Bright graphics, geometric patterns, and elements stylized as comics will appear in the entrances. Mailboxes, navigation signs, and information stands will also be executed in a unified concept.
A bookcrossing zone and a large mirror for photos will be provided for residents. All entrance groups will be barrier-free, and elevators will allow passage through the entire building. On the ground floors, stroller storage rooms and paw-washing stations will traditionally be located.
The courtyard will be entirely free of cars. Its design will also resemble comics: bright colors, distinct geometry, contrasting textures, and repetitive elements.
Playgrounds will be equipped for children, and relaxation zones and two gazebos with tables for adults. A large table under a round canopy, intended for neighborly gatherings and celebrations, will be the central element. Also, a small garden with round planters will be created in the courtyard.
Construction of the house is already underway. New residents are expected to receive keys in the first quarter of 2028.
