The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade (MART) issued a directive to the Lode medical center. According to the ministry's employees, the medical center did not fully provide information about the cost of calling the short number of the contact center.

The point is that information about a paid call and the fact that its cost may differ from that determined for connection in the agreement between the subscriber and the telecommunications operator, is only provided on the medical center's website. At the same time, after dialing the short number and before connecting with a contact center specialist, Belarusians were not warned about this.
MART clarified that "Lode" has complied with the ministry's directive, by changing the text played when calling the short number.
