Temporary restrictions on the reception and departure of aircraft (the so-called "Carpet" plan) have been introduced at Kaliningrad's Khrabrovo Airport, Rosaviatsia reported. Dozens of planes are circling in the sky over Kaliningrad and cannot land.

Such a regime is introduced when there is a threat to flight safety, most often due to drones or unidentified objects.
This is the first case of such restrictions in Kaliningrad's airspace since the beginning of 2022.
