The incident occurred on the evening of June 29. Eyewitnesses driving by called the Ministry of Emergency Situations and reported a fire at a hay storage facility in the village of Danilavichy.

When rescuers arrived at the scene, the warehouse was burning with an open flame. Inside were 120 tons of hay in rolls.
6 units of MES equipment and 3 units of farm equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire. Due to the fire, all the hay burned down, and the hay storage facility itself was damaged. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
