Today, a collision occurred in the capital between a cargo truck and a regular bus. According to preliminary information, the 24-year-old driver of a "MAZ" truck was driving from the direction of "Liasnyja" cemetery towards Smilavichy trakt. While choosing his speed, he did not take into account the road conditions, as a result of which he lost control – the vehicle skidded and veered into the oncoming lane, where it crashed into a "MAZ" bus.
As a result of the accident, one person was injured: a 59-year-old bus passenger was taken to the hospital. The drivers of both vehicles, as well as the remaining bus passengers, did not seek medical assistance.
