Belarusian-born individual entered the top 250 richest American immigrants
Former Minsk resident Igor Tulchinsky represented Belarus in Forbes' ranking of the wealthiest U.S. citizens born abroad. He took 138th place as the founder and owner of the investment company WorldQuant, writes the publication «Belarusians and Market».

Igor Tulchinsky was born in Minsk to a family of musicians in 1966. When he was 11 years old, his parents moved to the USA. His capital is currently estimated at 1.7 billion dollars.
The list of countries and territories represented by billionaire immigrants expanded to 45 — in 2025 this figure was 42. Haiti, the Philippines, Poland, and Spain appeared in the ranking. At the same time, Guatemala lost its sole representative: Duolingo co-founder Luis von Ahn dropped out of the billionaires' club amid a decline in stock prices.
For the second year in a row, India leads in the number of immigrant billionaires: their number reached a record 19 people, seven more than last year.
