Fisherman hooked power lines with his rod and died from electric shock
The accident happened on Sunday afternoon near the village of Khaysy, near Vitsebsk.

A 49-year-old man was fishing in a pond near the village. Without reeling in his fishing rod, he decided to change his fishing spot.
While moving, the man snagged the power lines with his tackle and received an electric shock, as a result of which he died, according to the Investigative Committee.
