Airline Belavia has added the option to independently process voluntary airline ticket refunds online on its website. Now there's no need to contact an office or contact center for this.

To return a ticket, you can now go to the "Belavia" website, navigate to the "Booking Status" section, and click the "Return" button.
However, online refunds are only available for bookings where both the ticket and additional services were processed directly through the airline's website. If even one of the services was purchased by another method, it will not be possible to return the ticket online.
The amount the passenger will receive back is calculated in accordance with the fare conditions under which the ticket was purchased.
