India has proposed a three-point ceasefire plan to Russia and Ukraine. Hindustan Times reports this, citing sources.

According to them, the plan "aims to cover both infrastructure and commercial shipping, while keeping vital commodity flows open."
Sources clarified that the plan was handed over to the Ukrainian side during the visit of Indian Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar to Kyiv on September 3.
Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov, responding to a question about reports of India's proposal, stated that New Delhi declares its readiness to contribute to the resolution of the conflict. Moscow is grateful for such readiness and for the ideas expressed, he added, writes RBC.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrey Sibiga said last week that Kyiv had received four ceasefire proposals from various countries, but considered India's plan to be the most comprehensive.
