Wembley Stadium Keys Lost

Now officials will have to pay several thousand pounds to make duplicates.

As BBC reports, London police lost the Wembley stadium keys. The keys were handled to security forces after the final examination of internal rooms before the Olympics.

Nine games of Olympics football tournament are scheduled to be held at Wembley.

Scotland Yard employees tried to memorize the events of the unlucky day, yet in vain. The keys are considered to be not stolen, but to be lost due to careless handling.

Making duplicates of a set of e-keys is going to cost several thousand pounds, officials say.
