At night, a 37-year-old man called 102 and stated that someone had broken into his apartment and planted drugs. In his opinion, these were his neighbors, writes "Belka".
At night, a 37-year-old man called the police and stated that drugs had been planted in his apartment, accusing his neighbors of this. The police officers who arrived at the call found the owner in an inadequate state.
In the apartment, law enforcement officers found a note with the text "Yesterday, upon returning home, I found a drug; I don't know what to do," and a syringe with a dose.
As it turned out, when the man's mother was hospitalized, he acquired a psychotropic substance, used part of it, and hid the rest in the house. Later, frightened either by hallucinations or paranoia, he decided to shift the blame to his neighbors, but unsuccessfully.
Now, a criminal case has been initiated against the Gomel resident under Part 1 of Article 328 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (illegal acquisition and possession of psychotropic substances without intent to sell). He faces up to 5 years of imprisonment.
