Electric buses will run between Minsk, Smalyavichy, and Fanipal by the end of the year

By the end of 2026, BKM Holding will deliver the first batches of new electric buses for test operation on routes between Minsk, Smalyavichy, and Fanipal. This was reported by Mikhail Symanovich, the company's general director.

The new suburban electric buses have been modernized: their autonomous range has been increased to 250 km, and express charging capability has been added.

The technology has been adapted for suburban needs — seats with seat belts have been installed, and the body's durability has been increased.

In the future, the company plans to expand the geography of transportation, return to the development of commercial electric freight transport, and also create unmanned systems, primarily trams.
