Financial Times reported that the US has given Ukraine a deadline until Christmas to accept a peace plan.

"Envoys of US President Donald Trump have given Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky a few days to accept a peace deal that requires Ukraine to acknowledge territorial losses in exchange for unspecified security guarantees from the US, officials familiar with the negotiations said," the publication states.
According to its sources, Donald Trump hopes to finalize the deal by Christmas, December 25. Volodymyr Zelensky told American negotiators that he must consult with European partners before responding to the proposal.
At the same time, a source for RBC-Ukraine stated that there are no deadlines.
Commenting on the FT publication, the source noted that there is no talk of such a deadline.
It was noted that Trump indeed expects a quick response, and this could be "by Christmas." But there is no specific date requirement.
