GUR of Ukraine: Explosion in Moscow was the liquidation of policemen who tortured Ukrainian prisoners of war
Sources of the "RBC-Ukraine" publication in the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine voiced their version of the night explosion on Yeletskaya Street in Moscow, as a result of which two traffic police officers died.

According to GUR information, the action was carried out by "an urban resident in protest against the aggressive policy of the Kremlin," who threw an explosive device into the window of a patrol car.
The source claims that the deceased policemen were involved in the torture of Ukrainian prisoners of war. In the report, the incident is called a "liquidation," however, GUR did not provide any evidence of a connection between the deceased traffic police officers and the torture of prisoners.
The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation confirmed the death of two policemen, but describes the events differently. According to the version of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, traffic police officers noticed a suspicious person near their service vehicle. When they approached to apprehend the person, an explosive device detonated.
Let us remind you that in the same district of Moscow, earlier, the car of Lieutenant General Fanil Sarvarov was blown up, and he also died.
