In Minsk, a man was detained who climbed out of a manhole completely naked in front of passers-by
An unusual incident occurred in the Zavodski district of the capital. A passer-by called the "102" line. A shocked eyewitness informed the police that an absolutely naked man had climbed out of a manhole onto the surface in front of his eyes.
As the security forces' channel writes, the 42‑year-old Minsk resident was spending time with friends, which involved alcohol. At one point, the friends decided to make a bet: whoever lost had to go down into a manhole.
The man turned out to be the unlucky player. So as not to get his clothes dirty, he decided to undress completely and then completed the quest.
For the stunt in a public place, a criminal case for "hooliganism" has been initiated against the man.
