Donald Trump stated that a peace deal, despite the complexity of the situation, could work out, and that many people want to see how it works out.

The US President stated this to journalists during an event at the White House, writes Ukrinform.
“We'll see what happens. We are working to understand if we can conclude a deal now. We will find out soon,” he said.
When the US President was asked to clarify specific points, particularly regarding the creation of a buffer zone and territorial issues, he noted that he would not comment on anything for now.
“It's a very difficult situation, but it could work out, and many people want to see it work out, to see it. All I want to do is stop the deaths of 25,000 people a month.”
The day before, Trump stated that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is allegedly the only one who dislikes Washington's proposed plan for ending the war, while his entourage supports this project.
He also confirmed his intention to join in providing security guarantees to Ukraine within the framework of a potential peace deal.
