Political prisoner Yauhen Rubashka sentenced to another year in penal colony

Political prisoner and anarchist Yauhen Rubashka was sentenced in Zhodzina prison No. 8 under Article 411 of the Criminal Code (malicious disobedience to the administration). He was given another year of imprisonment in addition to the five years he had been previously sentenced to. This happened on October 9, as reported by @belarus_abc.

During his two years in Zhodzina prison, the political prisoner was subjected to penalties 33 times. Most of them concerned his refusal to do morning exercises or sleeping during the day. As punishment, he was placed in a punitive isolation cell 11 times, where he spent a total of 125 days over two years.

He was twice deprived of a short-term visit, and the rest of the time he received reprimands, his associates report.
