TRC "Titan" underwent reconstruction and is preparing for the opening of a new shopping gallery
About two years ago, the GRC "Titan" began reconstruction. It was reported that one of the first metropolitan facilities of this kind was awaiting a serious "upgrade": the shopping gallery would increase by over 7 thousand "squares," with the new area to be distributed between retail and public catering. And now news has arrived from Dzerzhinsky Avenue: the reconstruction is almost complete, writes Onliner.

What has been done (because, if you look casually and from the side, it might seem that nothing has changed)? The three "pillars" — the high-rise office buildings — remained in place. The stylobate that unites them and houses the familiar shopping spaces also remained. And the separate office building is still there. But changes occurred due to the unification of two parts: the "gap" between them disappeared.
The two parts of the complex were united on the third level along with the arch. Escalators were installed inside the new gallery. The gallery will be thematically divided into different parts: the first and second floors will host a fashion gallery, and the third will be a food court, promising new gastro-projects with author's cuisine.

"The new shopping gallery is designed to meet the requirements and expectations of various retailers. Additionally, it allowed for the organization of a large food court on the third floor to attract even more young people from the nearby Student Village," explains the development company "SigmaPolyus."
Finishing works are still ongoing inside, and tenants are also preparing their premises. The gallery is expected to open in the first quarter of 2026.
