Former Secretary of the Coordination Council Ivan Krautsoŭ, an associate of Maria Kalesnikava, is disappointed by the lack of attention to her political successes. He dedicated his monologue to this in Lizaveta Prakopchyk's stream.
"Everyone eagerly discusses Babaryka, but everyone has forgotten about Kalesnikava. That is, she was trashed there, but if you look at the events Kalesnikava participates in every week, at the level of people she meets, it’s incomparable. But it's dead silent about this here, because it’s not interesting. It's interesting to see how they compete there, what Latushka said to Babaryka.
And the fact that Kalesnikava is now becoming almost face number one… She has definitely become face number one for Germany. And also for other, shall we say, non-traditional countries, not Poland, not Lithuania, but somewhat more Western ones. This, as it were, doesn't concern [anyone].
That is, Kalesnikava goes to the Munich Conference, to Globsec, to Aachen, to Berlin, to top events, meets with the chancellor, opens the conference of German industrialists, speaks first at the conference of German industrialists, where multi-billion German business holdings are present. She conveys certain messages, she speaks every week.
In our Belarusian YouTube, this is discussed, but none of the audience she addresses watches Belarusian YouTube. Accordingly, all this [discussion] is, as it were, from empty to void. That is, this is just work for her narrow electoral base of activists. "Activists, please don't worry! Everything she says, don't listen to it, it's all nonsense."
And the fact that, as it were, Mertz listens to her there, or there, I don't know, or Ursula [von der Leyen] stands and applauds her on stage, or the fact that they met with Kaja Kallas there, what they talked about…
"Don't pay attention, the main thing is that we ourselves screwed up at our New Belarus conference, which takes place in a hotel there, somewhere in a conference hall. That's the most important thing."
