The Most Expensive House in Minsk in July Was Bought in Kamennaya Gorka
Despite the fact that the private sector in Minsk is shrinking (recently, for example, Sialhaspasyolak went under demolition), there are corners where cottages have settled firmly and for a long time. The development in this part of the microdistrict (closer to the Minsk Ring Road) is quite uniform. Cottages have been built here over the last 10-15 years, and plots can even be bought at auctions. So, the most expensive house of the month was a relatively new (built in 2018) block house.
The 741 square meter building was bought for 700 thousand dollars. This means the meter was valued at 945 dollars.
Also, in July, the top 3 in the capital included houses in Papernyanski Lane (in the Tsna area) and on Pryvabnaya Street (in the Myadzvezhyna area). These houses were sold for 280 and 162 thousand dollars, respectively.
