Moreover, apartments in the first building are not only for those on the waiting list — more than 90 have been reserved for free sale, Minskstroy writes.
Workers are currently on the site of building No. 1.1 according to the master plan: they are completing the driving of bored piles (170-200 pieces per section), pouring the upper part of the foundation, and preparing the plinth.
The first high-rise building will be constructed using a frame technology, which allows for free planning. The building will have five sections, from 10 to 12 floors. In total, it will house 341 apartments (from one-room to four-room), the majority of which are being built for citizens improving their housing conditions without state support, however, 93 apartments are designated for open sale.
The new building will be delivered as comfort-class housing with free apartment layouts, without final finishing.
A two-level parking lot for 102 cars will be built next to the building. Following the first building, two more residential blocks are planned for construction.
