"Regime change is necessary, but not just because we want to be free." Reza Pahlavi called on the US to launch a military strike against the Iranian regime.
Reza Pahlavi, the son of the last Shah of Iran, called on the US to intervene militarily against the Iranian authorities in an interview with Mathias Döpfner, CEO of the Axel Springer media group.

According to him, negotiations between Washington and Tehran will not lead to any results, and the ayatollahs' regime "is just buying time," writes Bild.
"For 40 years, the US and its allies have given the regime a chance through diplomatic negotiations. But coexistence with the ayatollahs' regime is impossible: their only goal is to export ideology, extremism, and radicalism, which are now devastating Europe. Regime change is necessary, but not just because we want to be free," Pahlavi said.
He stated that without a strike against the country's leadership and security forces, change is impossible.
"They [the country's authorities] continue the slaughter in prisons. They rape women. They kill the wounded in hospitals. More than 300,000 people are injured, more than 40,000 are imprisoned. According to the latest data I have received, at least 36,000 people have died. This is genocide," added the Crown Prince of Iran.
On the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference, an action by the Iranian opposition is planned in Germany, in which, according to the organizers, up to 100,000 people could participate.
