The novelty was presented by the Mogilev company "Domochay" at the major food exhibition "Prodexpo" in Moscow. The enterprise expanded its assortment and launched the "Zdrava Khleb" (Healthy Bread) series, reports ONT.
The line includes four types of bread under the names "Flaxseed", "4 Seeds", "Assorti", and "Nettle".
This line offers options made from whole-grain flour, enriched with protein. In addition to common ingredients, beneficial and unusual components are added — nettle, flaxseed, carrots, and various grains.
The new bread is already sold in Belarus, and the producer plans to increase supplies abroad.
